Alexander Babko, Head of EPAM Garage and Made Real Lab, leads innovative development programs at a confluence of the physical and digital realms. With more than 15 years of leadership experience, Alexander helps business clients navigate the ambiguous environments of AI, AR/VR, game dev, mobile, cloud, platform engineering and many other emerging and advanced disciplines.

Prior to joining EPAM in 2019, Alexander led the Special Projects team at Wargaming, crafting innovative projects around game development, AR/VR, AI and New Media with technology and business partners.

Alexander hosts a podcast “Months and Millions” for emerging tech practitioners and innovators where he invites guests from a diverse set of industries to discuss real projects, practical lessons, human and business sides of technology innovation around AI, immersive, gamedev, holograms, robotics, storytelling, marketing and leadership.
