International C-level decision makers, speakers and VIPs are invited for a fine-dining and networking experience on Sunday, the night before devcom Developer Conference kicks off.

Dine and connect with people from the industry even before the event. As host, devcom will do personal introductions throughout the entire evening.

FLINTA* Meetup

At devcom we value inclusivity and diversity and strive to be allies and supporters. Therefore we will host the FLINTA* Meetup & Reception at #ddc2022 as a safe space to meet and talk to other “non-cis-male” people from the game developing world.

We invite you to 2 hours of workshop program with panels, round tables and networking, as well as to an 1 hour open 4 all ally session with a panel and networking.

devcom Sunset Mixer Party

All devcom attendees are invited to gather on Monday evening on the devcom piazza for an ice cold beer or a refreshing soft drink. Connect with the devcom community at the most relaxed event of the week.

Warm-up: Karla Reyes of Niantic / Code Coven will be your DJ from 6:30 pm to 8 pm (CEST).

Main Party: Cologne based DJ NIC will serve you a mix of House Music, Dance Classics, Charts and a loot of good vibes.

Our devcom Executive Summits are roundtable events for experienced experts and managers of the games industry where we discuss openly, honestly and frankly what challenges our industry has to master now and in the future.

Taking place on Tuesday, devcom Indie Developer Night brings the #ddc2022 conference part to an end and paves the way for everything happening during gamescom.

devcom Run Club

On Monday, August 22, and Tuesday, August 23, we invite you to join the devcom Run Club: join us for a jogging tour around Cologne for a fresh and dynamic start into a long conference day. (Well, then maybe don’t party too hard the nights before!)

We will meet in front of the Bahnhof Köln Messe/Deutz Bahnhof (Cologne trade fair/Deutz train station) to ensure everyone has easy access to train and bus, and make our way down to the river Rhine from there. (Lap length: 1.6km / 1mile)
