All speakers and panelists of all formats of the game developer event devcom consent to the following terms and conditions:

1) Any photo, video and/or audio recordings of any presentation given in the context of the event might be used by its organizer devcom GmbH for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to the usage and publication on the website www.devcom.global. devcom GmbH commits itself to handle and to present the recordings in a professional manner and only in the context of publications related to the game development industry sector. devcom GmbH furthermore commits itself to coordinate any further usage of the recordings with the speaker(s). If you disagree in the commercial use of your recorded presentation, please inform us by sending an email to our program team at nico(at)devcom.global.

2) game events GmbH, the organizer of devcom, is allowed to make use of the presentation held for non-commercial purposes. All speakers in devcom are obligated to provide the organizer with their presentation files in .ppt, .pptx or .pdf format as well as any video or sound material used before the event. Any last-minute updates on the presentations must be provided to the organizer in a timely manner after the event.

3) Any person submitting a session proposal for devcom is obligated to bring to attention these terms to any other participant in their session they include. They confirm that any additional participants in their session have been notified of these terms by them and are also in agreement with these terms. 4) The speakers and panelists of devcom are solely responsible for the material they present and confirm that they have the rights to do so. They will not use any copyrighted or otherwise protected material without the consent of the creator or rights holder.
